5 km easy afternoon run
Easy run with Lily this afternoon. Fantastic weather! Balmy 12 deg and blue skies. It wasn’t too crowded, though and I was able to take Lily with me. She did pretty well today and didn’t get too bad when running past the dog park. Kept my pace and heart rate where I wanted and the effort level felt about right for an easy run.
